The carpet felt dirty underfoot.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was decent. It was clean and comfortable overall. Loved the blackout curtains—they really helped my kid sleep in! The furniture could use a refresh though. Noticed the TV was a bit wonky, working only sometimes, which was frustrating. Still, the views of the river added a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy beds and the tasty breakfast with so many options. The pool was a nice spot to unwind, and we loved the cozy lounge area to relax in after a long day. Just a heads up, the pool could use a bit of cleaning, but it didn't ruin our time at all! 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Neville Island. The panoramic views of the Ohio River were stunning! The room was cozy and well-kept, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax. The breakfast had a solid variety of options and a great coffee selection, which I appreciated.

Our stay was ruined by extreme noise from the adjoining room. We complained to the front desk, but the attendant dismissed our concerns and showed no willingness to assist us. The noise lasted until 3 AM, making it impossible for us to sleep. Even during the following day, the staff offered no real solutions, leaving us frustrated and disappointed.

Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend it for its friendly service and clean rooms.
